Audiovisual world for „intelectual trappers“

Mateřídouška is an audio-visual project combining unusual girlie vocals, quizzical animations and costumes with up-to-date electronic music somewhere around the intersection of clicks’n’cuts, trip-hop and Moravian folk-lore. Materidouska’s shows also rely deeply on visual elements. Videos consisting of digital animated drawings and recordings of various happenings blend with original stage decorations and the artists‘ performance itself and drag the listeners into a captivating world of magical fairy creatures and their human avatars.
